Please include your skills and proficiency in the following areas as well as your desired schedule and pay.

General Maintenance:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Performing preventive maintenance to avoid future issues

Drywall Repair:
- Patching holes and cracks in walls
- Installing and finishing drywall including texture and paint

Plumbing Skills:
- Repairing leaks
- Clearing drains
- Fixing or replacing faucets and fixtures

Electrical Skills:
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Repairing or replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures
- Basic wiring and electrical system maintenance

Carpentry Skills:
- Repairing doors, windows, and cabinets
- Installing or repairing flooring
- General carpentry work for structural repairs

Flooring Skills:
- Repairing or replacing damaged flooring
- Installing new flooring materials (carpet, tile, laminate, etc.)
